Chicken Piccata – Tender chicken breast sautéed in a zesty lemon, white wine, and caper sauce. Served over garlic mashed potatoes and buttered green beans. Vegan Stuffed Portobello – Tender baked portobello mushroom stuffed with herbed quinoa, sautéed vegetables, and garlic. Finished with a light balsamic glaze.
